Product Portfolio | A Software-Hardware Closed Loop
Zhisuo Zhikong delivers an integrated solution of intelligent inspection hardware, industrial software and quality traceability, covering cotton spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, garment, home textiles, plastic woven packaging, and outgoing quality control for control boards.
Industrial Intelligent Detection Equipment
Optical inspection capability deployed right at the loom or at end-of-line workstations, with real signals serving as the front-end data acquisition layer.
MES Manufacturing Execution
Dedicated systems for the five textile processes: cotton spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, garment and home textiles, plus a standalone system for plastic woven PP FIBC; multi-plant groups can upgrade to an end-to-end integrated solution. Sales orders, production scheduling, process records, piece-rate wages, shipping and settlement are digitalized across the entire workflow, receiving data flowing back from the detection equipment and outgoing inspection terminals.
A closed loop across the full process of beam requisition -> beam mounting -> weaving -> inspection -> warehousing, with weaving-shop dashboards, real-time warp-break stop linkage and automatic piece-rate payroll.
Full-process coverage of order -> sampling -> pretreatment -> dyeing -> heat setting -> finishing, with dye-weighing mistake-proofing, automatic stenter energy allocation by vat, and batch traceability of dyes and chemicals.
Full-process tracking of filament drawing, circular weaving, cutting, sewing and printing; automatic QC of fabric weight and warp/weft density; ISO9001-grade audit logs; one-click export ready for FIBC plant audits by major buyers.
Unified accounts, order traceability, OEE dashboards and AI voice; multi-plant group deployment with cross-plant AI queries; 860+ standard modules covering scheduling, quality, equipment, warehousing, process and piece-rate pay.
All home-textile categories - bedding sets, quilt cores, pillow cores and blankets - with linked print/embroidery patterns and process BOMs, optimized cutting-bed allocation, and production line balance up 15%.
For integrated textile groups, upstream and downstream are connected from cotton spun yarn to greige fabric weaving to printed and dyed fabric to garment and finished home textiles - order kitting, process collaboration, tiered cost accounting and one-code traceability.
Platform Products | LoomOS + 天机 (Tianji) Forecasting
The LoomOS industrial internet platform connects supply and demand across the value chain (asset-light matchmaking, no commissions), while the 天机 (Tianji) TexOracle price forecasting engine supports procurement decisions (50+ products, hourly updates). Together they form the platform capability layer of the Zhisuo AI intelligent textile manufacturing internet platform.
An asset-light supply-demand matchmaking platform for the entire textile value chain, charging no commissions. Integrated AI matching algorithms connect raw material suppliers, weaving mills, dyehouses and traders, enabling capacity sharing, raw material allocation and price transparency. Industry prosperity indexes and capacity forecasting reports are provided to support enterprise decision-making.
- ✔ AI-powered supply-demand matching, automatically connecting upstream and downstream
- ✔ Industry price indexes reflecting market temperature in real time
- ✔ Capacity forecasting reports to support scheduling decisions
- ✔ Asset-light matchmaking model, with no transaction commissions
- ✔ Multi-language support for global textile trade
A textile raw-material price forecasting system based on large language models and graph neural networks (GNN). It covers 50+ products including crude oil, PTA, PX, POY, DTY, FDY, cotton, modal, Lyocell, dyes and pigments, with forecasts automatically refreshed every hour. It fuses NLP event-driven factors such as news, industrial policy and exchange-rate fluctuations, and builds an industry-chain propagation graph to provide a quantitative basis for enterprise procurement decisions.
- ✔ Quantitative large-model computing plus a multi-factor AI model
- ✔ Industry-chain propagation graph neural network (GNN)
- ✔ NLP event-driven analysis (news / policy / exchange rates)
- ✔ 50+ products covered, with hourly dynamic updates
- ✔ A self-iterating data flywheel that grows more accurate the more it is used
Quality Inspection and Traceability
Inspection standards are locked in, safety red lines are blocked, the five-state SN write is permanently fixed, and scanning an SN/UID retrieves the lifetime record of an individual unit, with support for integration into the MES traceability system.
General Manufacturing MES + Enterprise ERP | Horizontal Replication
Built on a unified framework distilled from our textile industry foundation, it is horizontally replicated to general manufacturing sectors such as packaging, hardware and electronics, and is complemented by an integrated business-finance ERP. Currently in pilot rollout - early consultation can be booked in advance.
[Coming Soon] The cross-industry universal kernel of the Zhisuo AI manufacturing open platform: five foundational modules - work orders, process, quality, equipment and warehousing - plus AI voice, live in 90 days.
[Coming Soon] A business-finance integrated ERP: sales contract -> MRP calculation -> work order release to MES -> completion and warehousing -> receivables and payables -> cost accounting - one order carried all the way through with zero reconciliation.
Cotton-Spinning & Garment MES
Industry MES built on the same architecture as our Textile MES: digitalization of cotton-spinning processes and full-process garment manufacturing management.
Cotton-spinning process digitalization: piece-rate tracking across blowing / carding / drawing / roving / spinning / winding, equipment status monitoring and quality traceability. Same architecture as our Textile MES; supports private deployment and offline operation.
Full-process garment MES: pattern management, marker making and yield, piece-rate tracking across cutting / sewing / ironing / packing, barcode traceability and delivery management. Same architecture as our Textile MES; supports multi-plant, multi-order management.
Collaborative Closed Loop at a Glance
① Intelligent inspection equipment (hardware) -> ② Station-Test outgoing inspection at the production-line workstation, with five-state SN programming permanently locked and label/certificate printing -> ③ Once deployed at the customer's workshop, the equipment connects to the MES via LoRa/gateway (dashboards / quality / traceability) -> ④ Scan the SN/UID for one-code traceability, with data feeding back into R&D and quality improvement; four stages linked end to end.
