Industry Scenario

Smart Spinning Workshop Scenario

Data from the six processes — blow-room, carding, drawing, roving, spinning and winding — flow on a unified MES foundation, with equipment status and output visible in real time.

Cotton-spinning smart workshop scene: digitalization of the six processes from blow-room to winding
Smart Cotton Spinning WorkshopThe six processes from blowing to winding are networked with piece counting; equipment status is centrally monitored, and quality issues are traced forward and back by batch.

⚙️ Core functional modules

Covering cotton-spinning six-process piece-count, equipment-status monitoring and quality traceability; modules can be selected and launched according to enterprise current state.

🌫

① Blowing process piece-count

Blowing-process piece-count records and statistics, output aggregated by process and by person.

🌀

② Carding process piece-count

Carding-process piece-count statistics, piece-count results queryable and summable.

📏

③ Drawing process piece-count

Drawing-process piece-count statistics, threaded through with the previous process piece-count data.

🧶

④ Roving process piece-count

Roving-process piece-count statistics, piece-count data aggregated and summarized by process.

🧵

⑤ Spinning process piece-count

Spinning-process piece-count statistics, piece-count results queryable and summable.

🧻

⑥ Winding process piece-count

Winding-process piece-count statistics, spinning full-process piece-count closed loop.

🖥

⑦ Equipment-status monitoring

Spinning-equipment operating-status monitoring, workshop equipment status centrally viewed.

🔍

⑧ Quality traceability

Spinning quality-data traceability, quality issues can be traced back to the corresponding process.

🧩 Technical specification

Same architecture as the existing textile MES, lowering implementation and use costs.

🏗 Same architecture as existing textile MES

Adopting the same technical architecture as the Zhisuo textile MES, with functions adapted to the cotton-spinning spinning process; spinning enterprises can choose modules on demand.

🔒 Private deployment supported

Private deployment supported; the system is deployed on the enterprise's local premises, with data autonomously controllable.

📶 Offline-usable

Offline-usable supported, adapting to workshop environments with limited network conditions.

Process Flow

Digitalizing the Six Major Spinning Stages, from Blowroom to Winding

Output, machine status and quality data move online across stages, with upstream and downstream batches linked automatically.

01

Blowroom

Raw-material batches and blowroom parameters are recorded for input traceability.

02

Carding

Card sliver output and machine status are captured, with prompt alerts on anomalies.

03

Drawing & Roving

Drawing and roving batches are connected, with linear-density metrics recorded online.

04

Spinning

Spindle speed, ends-down and doffing data are captured in real time.

05

Winding

Cone grading and machine output are consolidated; finished goods enter stock with one click.

Process Parameters

Key Parameters and Quality Metrics for Spinning

Machine status and quality metrics are captured online at every stage, with prompt anomaly alerts.

Cotton Spinning MES FAQ

Top 3 Questions from Cotton Spinning Customers

Demo, deployment and ERP integration — see the FAQ page for more questions.

How do I access the demo? Is the data real?
Click any “Book a Demo” button on the website to open the online demo (https://demo.zhisuozk.cn/?demo=1) — no registration required. The demo uses fully anonymized sample data for functional evaluation only. For a remote walk-through based on your factory scenarios, contact our sales team.
Is data deployed on-premise or in the cloud? How is data security ensured?
Three options are supported: on-premise private deployment, enterprise intranet servers, or cloud servers, chosen according to the customer’s IT policy. Data belongs to the customer, with encrypted transmission, role-based access and full audit logging of key operations. Shop-floor acquisition and warp-break detection keep working offline and sync automatically after the network is restored.
Can it integrate with our existing ERP (Yonyou, Kingdee, SAP, etc.)?
Yes. Standard APIs and database staging tables/views are provided for bidirectional synchronization of sales orders, material master data, inventory movements and settlement data with leading ERP systems such as Yonyou, Kingdee and SAP. Field mapping and implementation are confirmed jointly by both IT teams.
