Industry Scenario

Smart Garment Sewing Workshop Scenario

Pattern making, marker making, cutting, sewing, pressing and packaging are linked end to end by barcodes, with delivery progress and piece-rate wages transparent in real time.

Smart garment-sewing workshop scene: full-process digitalization of cutting, sewing, pressing and packaging
Smart Garment Sewing WorkshopWorkers report work by scanning codes across the four processes — cutting, sewing, pressing and packaging — with multi-plant and multi-order tracking in parallel.

⚙️ Core functional modules

Covering garment-manufacturing full-process: pattern-card, marker-and-yield, four-process piece-count, barcode traceability and delivery management; modules can be selected and launched according to enterprise current state.

📐

① Pattern-card management

Pattern-card data centrally managed, style and pattern-card info easy to query and use.

🧮

② Marker making and consumption calculation

Marker making and consumption management, assisting material-usage statistics and accounting.

✂️

③ Cutting process piece-count

Cutting-process piece-count records and statistics, output aggregated by process and by person.

🧵

④ Sewing process piece-count

Sewing-process piece-count statistics, piece-count results queryable and summable.

♨️

⑤ Ironing process piece-count

Ironing-process piece-count statistics, threaded through with previous and subsequent process piece-count data.

📦

⑥ Packaging process piece-count

Packaging-process piece-count statistics, garment-manufacturing process piece-count closed loop.

🏷

⑦ Barcode traceability

Through barcodes serially linking cutting to packaging processes, product flow full-process traceable.

📅

⑧ Delivery management

Order-delivery tracking, production progress vs. delivery date for easy order completion status.

🧩 Technical specification

Same architecture as the existing textile MES, oriented to multi-factory and multi-order management needs of garment-manufacturing enterprises.

🏗 Same architecture as existing textile MES

Adopting the same technical architecture as the Zhisuo textile MES, with functions adapted to the garment-manufacturing process; garment enterprises can choose modules on demand.

🏭 Multi-factory management supported

Multi-factory management supported; multiple plant areas can organize production separately and use the system uniformly.

📋 Multi-order management supported

Multi-order parallel management supported; each order's progress is tracked separately without confusion.

Process Flow

Digitalizing the Full Garment Process, from Pattern & Marker Making to Packing and Warehousing

Patterns, marker planning and material calculation, cutting, sewing, pressing and packing are connected by barcode; delivery progress is visible in real time.

01

Pattern & Marker Making

Pattern versions and material plans are managed online with precise material calculation.

02

Cutting

Cutting orders are bound to beds; color shade and piece counts are checked automatically.

03

Sewing

Piece-rate counting and barcode traceability, with real-time alerts on bottleneck stations.

04

Pressing

Pressing-stage QC records rework reasons for closed-loop quality management.

05

Packing & Warehousing

Final inspection, packing and shipping are verified by barcode; multi-factory orders are traced uniformly.

Process Parameters

Key Parameters and Cycle-Time Control for Garment Production

Material usage, piece rates and QC standards are configured online with uniform rules across factories.

Garment MES FAQ

Top 3 Questions from Garment Customers

Demo, deployment and ERP integration — see the FAQ page for more questions.

How do I access the demo? Is the data real?
Click any “Book a Demo” button on the website to open the online demo (https://demo.zhisuozk.cn/?demo=1) — no registration required. The demo uses fully anonymized sample data for functional evaluation only. For a remote walk-through based on your factory scenarios, contact our sales team.
Is data deployed on-premise or in the cloud? How is data security ensured?
Three options are supported: on-premise private deployment, enterprise intranet servers, or cloud servers, chosen according to the customer’s IT policy. Data belongs to the customer, with encrypted transmission, role-based access and full audit logging of key operations. Shop-floor acquisition and warp-break detection keep working offline and sync automatically after the network is restored.
Can it integrate with our existing ERP (Yonyou, Kingdee, SAP, etc.)?
Yes. Standard APIs and database staging tables/views are provided for bidirectional synchronization of sales orders, material master data, inventory movements and settlement data with leading ERP systems such as Yonyou, Kingdee and SAP. Field mapping and implementation are confirmed jointly by both IT teams.
